Our Team

Mr. Juan Luis Flores, a Belen Jesuit graduate, has a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master in Mathematics Education, both from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Flores taught math for many years at his alma mater, Belen.

Mr. Alex Peña, a Belen Jesuit graduate, has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor Degree from Northeastern University. He currently teaches Social Studies at his alma mater, Belen.

Mr. Carlos Bravo, a Belen Jesuit graduate, has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida International University and a Master in Science Education from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently the Executive Director of the Belen Alumni Association. Mr. Bravo used to teach science at Miami Dade County Public Schools, Columbus, and at his alma mater, Belen.

Ms. Maby Gonzalez has a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Havana and a Master
in Mathematics Education from Florida International University. She currently works in the
Division of Academics - High School Mathematics at Miami Dade County Public Schools.
